One plant is featured for 4-5 weeks (following the moon cycle)\, each week lessons will vary but might include identifying the featured plant and where it grows\, how and which parts of the plant to gather and process\, utilizing the processed plant for food\, medicine\, and/or traditional technologies as well as identifying other plants in different stages while exploring the Spokane Tribes ancestral homelands.  \nParticipants are expected to share knowledge and show up with good intentions. Supplies for gathering and processing plant materials is provided as well as one meal per week.
